My ears (actually, I think exclusively my right ear) will hurt sometimes. It's never been an infection, but it's always been the jaw being tight or sore or the like.

In either of our cases, it's almost certainly stress.

Try a bath/shower to relax the muscles, or something like tea to help soothe yourself in general, or anything else to destress - even if you don't know why, general destressing should help. :) If you're really stressed, it might be worth looking into some activity or another you can engage in frequently, whether just for destressing or other benefits too.

Teeth - uh, I dunno. Destressing would be good. Clenching teeth unconsciously is probably nothing but an unconscious habit (I think I can recall noticing you doing so on occasion), so since it's unconscious, the best you can do to break it is to stop doing it when you notice, and telling yourself to not do so again in the future. Then again, I still sometimes count things unconsciously using my teeth, almost in an OCD manner (which is a very annoying habit) so everything I have to offer might be bunk! :-p
