Feeling good.

It's been a nice weekend. Saturday Glenn and I went to Sophie's birthday party, and had a very nice time. I brought the cake (which consisted of something like over thirty cupcakes all lined up saying Happy Birthday Sophie, with extras for good measure) and a candle on each one of them. The fun part was that I mixed matching trick candles (the ones that keep relighting) with the regular ones. It was kinda funny. I hope not too mean, though. I was thinking more like cute. Got to talk about religion, politics, cars, gossip, music... basically everything that was mostly put on the taboo list. Except the music...Go figure. Shaughn reminded me of my love for musicals, and has me longing to go see as many as I can. Now all I have to do is go. Heh. That's always been hard for me. Following through on plans. After the party some of us went to see Alien V. Predator. OK, I laughed more then anything. I thought it was kinda stupid. But this coming from the women who has never seen an Alien or a Predator movie. So I guess my opinion doesn't have much weight.
I am really looking forward to my christmas party. I am already singing christmas tunes, and Glenn took out my singing clock from the attic. Woohoo!!!
So, tomorrow is back to work. Let's see if I can get through another week. :-P
