Jun. 21st, 2005 09:21 amSo, now the stress begins. The little blemish on the title has not been taken care of. The paperwork that the seller provided to prove it was taken care of when she bought the house was not satisfactory. So, the pressure begins. My mortgage broker called to have me get in touch with my real estate agent so that she can contact the listing agent and pressure can be applied all around to get this woman to provide the appropriate documents. I am sure this woman just doesn't know what she is supposed to provide, but she needs to get on the ball now, and get everything in.
